I specialize in strategic planning, board development and governance, and team coaching and organizational culture work. I am also trained as an Organizational and Relationship Systems Coach and certified in a powerful 360 tool for leadership development, the Leadership Circle Profile, and also in the Collective Leadership Assessment, a team culture tool.
