Goodify This
A dear friend learned at a Life Is Good Foundation training recently how to “goodify” things: To take a task that you dread doing and figure out a way to make it fun or better. When she shared this with me, I thought, What a great idea!
So how does one “goodify” writing an expense report on a Saturday night? Glass of Pinot Grigio + overweight cat + fireplace + Christmas stockings/tree + a sliver of moon out the window.
What in your life could be goodified to make it painless, or even full of joy? And what is needed, or how might you do it? Try goodifying at least one thing this week. See where it takes you!
